The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is a position that is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of various HRIS throughout the Lee Health system. This includes, but is not limited to, the Infor HR system, which is currently the Infor Talent modules and the UKG Timekeeping system.
The HRIS Analyst will work with the HRIS Manager and the HRIS team to help identify and provide support for issues that may occur within the various systems. They will assist with the maintenance of the core data that is created, processed, and stored within the HCM and Timekeeping systems. They will assist with the maintenance of the hierarchies of the data which includes management and organizational unit structure.
The HRIS Analyst will assist the HRIS Manager in fulfilling data requests; ensure payroll, compensation, and timekeeping policy compliance where needed.Education: Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field. Equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years HR or IT experience in an exempt role.
