Golisano Pediatric Specialties and Urgent Care in Naples is seeking a compassionate, motivated Float Customer Service Representative to join our team! This unique role provides front-line support to our pediatric patients and their families, floating between Pediatric Specialties and Pediatric Urgent Care both conveniently located within the same building.
This position is perfect for healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for children and their families.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus and highly valued in this role as we proudly serve a diverse patient population!
Welcome and assist patients and families with kindness and professionalism
Register patients, verify insurance, and handle scheduling needs
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Float between Pediatric Specialties and Pediatric Urgent Care within the same building
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Provide a positive, supportive experience for pediatric patients and their families
Passion for working with children and their families
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility and adaptability to float between two areas within the same building
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records (EMR)
A team player with a friendly, patient-centered attitude
Monday through Friday schedule No weekends or holidays!

RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
Experience: External Candidates: 2 years of customer service experience required. 3 years of similar medical office front desk experience preferred, Epic EMR experience preferred.Internal candidates: 1 year of equivalent scheduling or registration experience, CSR role preferred.
License: Not required.
Certifications: Not required.
Other: Excellent customer service and computer skills required. Ability to solve problems anddemonstrate critical thinking skills. Works weekend and holidays.
