Compensation: $17.34 $21.67 per hour (minimum to midpoint)

As a Float CSR, youll be the friendly, welcoming face for pediatric patients across multiple Lee Health offices in Southwest Florida. Youll gain exposure to different teams, clinics, and workflowsbuilding both your skills and your impact.
This role is perfect for candidates who:

Enjoy traveling to different clinic locations (across 4 counties)
Can adapt to changing schedules and variable hours
Have strong experience in high-volume medical office or front-desk settings
Greet and support pediatric patients and their families with compassion and professionalism
Manage registration, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verifications in our EMR system (Epic preferred)
Assist with billing support, authorizations, charge posting, and collections
Keep medical records and documentation accurate and compliant
Jump into new teams and clinics with confidence as a floating CSR
Communicate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and reduce wait times
Cover shifts as assigned, including occasional weekends and holidays
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Associates Degree (preferred)
Experience (External Applicants):
2+ years of customer service experience (required)
3+ years in a busy medical office/front desk (highly preferred)
Epic EMR knowledge (preferred)
Experience (Internal Applicants):
1+ year in scheduling/registration; CSR experience preferred

Reliability and flexibility, including weekends/holidays when scheduled
Positive, team-oriented mindset with empathy for children and caregivers
Primary hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (may shift depending on assignment)
Float coverage at pediatric and family-focused sites across four counties
Reports to Manager/Supervisor
