Were currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to provide expert guidance and support in employee relations. In this critical role, you'll partner with leaders and employees across our system to ensure a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Lead internal investigations into policy violations, including discrimination, harassment, and other workplace concerns.
  • Monitor employment law developments and advise on necessary policy or procedural updates.
  • Develop and deliver training to leaders on employee relations topics and HR compliance.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend interventions that support retention and engagement.
  • Build proactive partnerships with leadership to promote a culture of fairness, consistency, and accountability.

Additional Requirements

Candidates with PHR or SPHR certification with extensive HR/Employee Relations experience may be considered in lieu of BS or BA.

Additional Requirements
