This role supports the development, management, and optimization of data infrastructure, business intelligence, and automation solutions to enhance strategic decision-making. It assists in executing data processes, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining analytics tools for business intelligence and strategy tracking. By organizing and refining data outputs, this position helps provide reliable insights that support strategic initiatives.
Education: Bachelors in computer information systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in dimensional data models in healthcare industry.

Experience with data modeling, ETL development, SQL, Access, and database design skills
Experience with process automation and business intelligence and visualization software (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power Automate)
Knowledge of healthcare data classifications and mapping software

Attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects
