The 340b Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for the day to day operational oversight of the 340b discount drug program at Lee Health. Primary responsibilities of this role include 1) maintain accurate drug data base to assure proper 340b drug dispensation accumulations; 2) Implement processes to prevent duplicate discounts for 340b drug purchases, and 3) maintain a state HRSA audit readiness. The successful candidate will demonstrate his/her ability to achieve these goals via extensive data utilization and overall 340b program knowledge. The 340b Compliance Data Analyst will coordinate with the 340B Compliance Data Auditor and the Pharmacy and 340b Program Compliance Officer to assure that policies, procedures, and staff education programs are current and effective.

Two years of relevant work in a 340B environment preferred.
Experience with program auditing, planning, development and management preferred.
Experience with MacroHelix and Epic (or similar systems) preferred.

Ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports.
Knowledge of medical terminology and drug nomenclature preferred.
Knowledge of health care accounting, finance and reimbursement principles preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to successfully prioritize competing tasks on a daily basis.
Proficiency in common office productivity software and operating systems such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Demonstrated ability to use Epic Medical Record system (or similar system) and review patient encounters for the generation of 340b eligible prescriptions.
Working knowledge of mixed-use, outpatient, retail, and contract pharmacy elements of 340b.
