Join our HR team as a Compensation & HR Programs Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting key initiatives that help drive fairness, compliance, and employee satisfaction across our organization. In this dynamic position, you'll manage licensure compliance via Evercheck, oversee multiple incentive pay programs, and contribute to impactful compensation and HR-related projects. You'll also serve as a trusted resource for employee support programs, offer day-to-day HR guidance, and ensure data integrity within our HRIS system.

What You'll Do

  • Administer licensure compliance using the Evercheck platform
  • Manage and monitor performance-based and incentive pay programs
  • Support compensation-related research, analysis, and special projects
  • Provide HR-related support and respond to employee program inquiries
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our HR information systems
  • Partner with teams across the organization to ensure compliance, consistency, and service excellence

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.

Experience: One year of Compensation Administration or Human Resources required.

Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, data entry skills, general computer skills, customer service skills, ability to operate office equipment (phone, fax, copier).
