In this unique and flexible role, youll play a key part in helping young patients restore their relationship with food, improve their physical health, and build confidence. Youll work as part of a compassionate, interdisciplinary team committed to whole-person, age-sensitive care.
What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver personalized nutrition interventions that account for the unique physical, emotional, and developmental needs of adolescents.
Collaborate across departments and with physicians to coordinate care, ensuring nutrition support is fully integrated into each patients treatment plan.
Provide expert management of nutritional care for renal patients across all stages of pre- and post-transplant care.
Contribute to a supportive environment for adolescents and their families as they navigate treatment for complex eating disorders.
