What Youll Do:

- Create individualized nutrition plans across pediatric specialties
- Support patients with GI and endocrine disorders, and those in eating disorder recovery
- Manage care for renal patients before and after transplant
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, integrated care

Youll also play a key role in coordinating care with LMHS departments, committees, and physicians to ensure continuity and excellence in nutrition services.
