Position Details:

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

As a Central Scheduler II, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, managing referrals, verifying insurance, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process for our patients. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.

Requirements:

One year or less of experience in scheduling and customer service
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree highly preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

The Central Scheduler II position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include utilizing a practice management system to facilitate access to care through registration, scheduling and recording of patient communications. Handles a variety of incoming customer inquiries or requests and uses appropriate resources to provide complete, accurate responses.
