π Coordinate & Lead Volunteers Manage volunteers for daily Clubhouse operations, internal and external events, and community outreach.
π€ Engage Cancer Support Community Members Welcome and support individuals as they visit the Clubhouse, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
π Assist with Special Events Play a key role in interdepartmental and outreach events to promote awareness and participation.
π Be an Ambassador for the Program Inspire volunteerism and community involvement to strengthen support services.
π Flexible Schedule Some evening and weekend participation may be required for events and activities.
Strong Organizational & Leadership Skills Experience in volunteer coordination or event planning is a plus!
Passion for Community & Patient Support A compassionate, welcoming attitude is essential.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to connect with staff, volunteers, and community members.

Other: Demonstrate sensitivity, understanding and commitment to the Lee Health Cancer Support Communitys mission and core values. Knowledge of the local community, cancer support services, and organizations for outreach efforts. A history of working with diverse populations and a commitment to increasing diversity among staff and members. Proficient with computer, cloud-based IT programming, excel, metric data reporting. Detail oriented.
