Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.73 - $28.41 / hour
Primary daily duties include the management of all fiscal tools to include - financial reports, product spreadsheets, invoice tracking, charges associated with the department, purchase order processing, deposits, census compilation, , tax reports, cash handling audits, bank deposit reconciliation for all locations as assigned, and System wide reports. This position compiles roll up summaries of the same for all departmental operations to include fiscal reports, patient experience, employee engagement, cash handling audits, invoice tracking, deposit reconciliation, overtime and other statistical tools. Manages the reconciliation of all location fiscal reports, accounts payable, payroll with financial services, site management or HR as required. Manages the HR functions of staffing gaps, ensuring that open positions are available on line in a timely manner, that HR position control systems are accurate and collectively links such with respective recruiting tools.
Education: Bachelors in business management or equivalent. 5 years of relevant experience with a focus in the nutrition industry business operations may be considered in lieu of degree. 1 year of business school or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years secretarial or business office experience required. Equivalent data entry/accounting experience preferred.

Other: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other online systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
