Lee Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our Comprehensive Breast Oncology Clinic, where youll provide compassionate, specialized care throughout the continuum of treatment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nurse with strong critical-thinking skills and surgical or wound care experience who enjoys variety and autonomy. Youll coordinate and provide care including wound management, injections, procedures, surgical and post-operative education, and ongoing patient supportall while helping patients feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

The Ambulatory RN Care Coordinator utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to engage, educate, promote and maintain optimal health status of assigned patients. This position functions in a collaborative partnership with the patient, physician and the care team in the office setting. This position serves in an advocacy role to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient-centric health care services. The Ambulatory RN Care Coordinators case load consists of moderate to high risk patients.
