Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$37.72 - $49.03 / hour

Remote Position (FL Only) This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.

Summary

The Application Analyst Patient Access responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the build, testing, and ongoing support of Epic Cadence, Referrals, and/or Prelude applications.
  • Serve as the primary Patient Access resource for new Ambulatory Department initiatives.
  • Provide daily project support, implement enhancements, and respond to incident tickets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams, including developing test scripts, conducting testing, supporting application upgrades, and assisting with project go-lives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and other IT application teams to assess workflow needs related to projects and enhancement requests.
  • Utilize analytical skills to design, build, test, and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Additional Experience Requirements

  • Epic certification in Cadence, Prelude, or Referrals is preferred. Relevant experience in scheduling, registration, or referrals may be considered in lieu of certification.

Additional Experience Preferences

  • Experience with Epic upgrade cycles and change management.
  • Proven experience with departmental onboarding and workflow analysis.
  • Strong understanding of appointment scheduling, registration, and referral management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred; will accept 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Information Systems Management preferred.

Licensure Requirements

  • No Florida licensure required.

Certification Requirements

  • Epic Cadence Preferred
  • Epic Prelude Preferred
