Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour
The Plant Operations Educator will be responsible for facilitating the development of Plant Operations technical training, continued education and competencies for all positions within the division through campus-based orientation to on-going staff development.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a plant operations maintenance role required. Three years experience as an educator with a background in healthcare plant operations preferred.
Certification:Industry certification preferred.
License:Valid Florida drivers license within 30 days of employment.
Other:Ability to speak to a large audience.
