Summary
Reviews O.R. case specific clinical documentation fields for completeness and accuracy and responsible to communicate with O.R. staff regarding case-specific documentation deficiencies. Responsible for implant charge entry based on documentation received from O.R. staff and responsible for completion of biological implant documentation. Cross-train for all campuses to ensure all surgical cases with no deficiencies from the prior day are posted before the end of shift.
