Reports to System Director of Construction to coordinate and supervise multiple construction projects as assigned by construction director. Interacts with staff and/or consulting architects to facilitate plan interpretation and quality control of construction projects. Interacts with secretary and construction assistant to assure appropriate paper flow adherence. Coordinates and supervises sub-contractors and vendors installations to assure compliance with current applicable codes, quality control. Interacts with subcontractors and vendors to assure fiscal management during construction process.
