Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$21.54 - $26.93 / hour
Responds to requests for general maintenance service and trouble calls. May work individually to investigate and assess the nature of the equipment repairs or problems and utilize ability as multi-skilled employee to repair or resolve situation. Performs maintenance and repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC equipment, furniture, interior finishes, doors, windows, mobile equipment, and other non-clinical equipment. Perform and document preventive maintenance activities. Demonstrates competency as a maintenance mechanic providing PRN and repair services as assigned.
Education:High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years work-related experience required.
Certification:Forklift certification required within 90-days of hire.
License:Must have a Valid Florida Drivers License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Other:Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
