Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour

Summary

Oversees the daily operations and maintenance of an acute or non-acute care healthcare facility. Plans and directs the preventive maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and various utility systems to maintain them in optimum operating condition at all times, assuring energy efficient operations of all equipment and system. Performs all evaluations and management functions for assigned staff and ensures technicians have the correct tools and supplies to complete tasks. Assures work performed by technicians meets all applicable codes and standards for quality and productivity. Represents the department at meetings.
