Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour
Manages the preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and utilities, assuring optimal operation conditions by coordinating shutdowns, initiating repairs, and recommending improvements. Responds to request for general maintenance and preventive maintenance trouble calls. Plans, works and performs diversified and involved operations to install, repair, replace and test systems and utilities according to code requirements and manufacturers recommendations. Demonstrates proficiency and competency as Energy Plant Operator, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Electrician or Building Maintenance Technician.
Education:High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years applicable experience required.
Certification:EPA 608 Type I Certification required. CHFT designation preferred. Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.
License:Must have a Valid Florida Drivers License or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Other:Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
