Directs the daily activities of the housekeepers assigned to his/her area and monitors the day-to-day operations of the department. Functions as a housekeeper as needed and assists employees with their daily activities when not performing supervisory duties including service calls, floor care assignment and resolving patient concerns. Performs staff training, assessments, coaching and documents staffs performance and behavior when appropriate. Assumes the responsibility of the supervisor during his/her absence.
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
