The Lead Storeroom plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of hospital food services by combining financial oversight with administrative coordination. This position is responsible for managing cash handling processes, including counting, reporting, credit card reconciliation, and processing batch and tap transactions, while also assisting with fund tracking and basic financial reviews as needed.Working in close collaboration with the Director and management team, the Lead ensures operational efficiency by overseeing departmental supply ordering, maintaining accurate and organized staff records, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role is essential in promoting accountability, organization, and seamless day-to-day operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
