What Youll Do:

• Coordinate care for cardiac patients across multiple specialties
• Triaging consults and managing timely appointments
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff
• Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital departments
• Help remove barriers to care and enhance patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in nursing required (Masters preferred)
• 3+ years cardiovascular nursing experience required
• Florida RN license required
• BLS required; Cardiac or Specialty Certification preferred
