As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), youll help create a positive patient experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with registration, verifying insurance information, and supporting the daily operations of a busy medical practice. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and compassionate approach will help patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

Support patients receiving cardiovascular care, from routine appointments and diagnostic services to ongoing heart health management.

🫀 Cardiothoracic
Help coordinate the administrative and scheduling needs of teams specializing in the care of patients with complex heart and chest conditions.

💙 Heart Failure
Support patients who require specialized heart failure management, follow-up appointments, and continued coordination of care.

📍 Multiple Locations: Opportunities are available in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero, Florida.

What Youll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service to patients and visitors.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments.

• Assist with patient check-in, registration, and medical record maintenance.

• Verify insurance coverage and coordinate authorizations, pre-certifications, and referrals.

• Assist with charge posting, initial collections, and accurate billing information.

• Maintain accurate patient information while protecting confidentiality.

• Collaborate with providers and team members to support efficient daily operations.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support the practice.

What Youll Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Less than one year of clerical or administrative experience required.

• Preferred: Insurance knowledge and customer service experience.

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and basic math skills.

• Technology: Computer proficiency and the ability to learn electronic systems.

• BLS Certification: Required in Employee Health and may be required at other locations within 90 days of hire.
