Were looking for a dedicated and proactive Patient Experience & Unit Support Coordinator to join our care team. In this role, youll be the essential link between patients, families, clinical staff, and physicians ensuring every individual feels supported and every unit runs smoothly. Your work directly contributes to a positive patient experience and the efficient flow of care. Must be able work two 12 hour shifts per week with rotational weekends and holidays.
Serve as aliaisonbetween patients, families, hospital staff, and physicians to promote clear communication and a supportive environment.
Support the nursing unit through a blend ofclerical and nonclerical responsibilities, helping maintain seamless daily operations.
Monitor unit activity andidentify challenges, escalating concerns and offering alternative solutions to the appropriate personnel.
Providetimely, accurate informationto decision-makers to help maintain safe, efficient, and patientcentered care.

Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
