What Youll Do
Travel to multiple practice locations across the region πŸš—

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered service across a variety of specialties

Support front-end operations including scheduling, registration, billing, and collections

Adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and practice environments

Serve as a reliable resource and team player wherever support is needed

Primarily MondayFriday with weekend coverage as needed

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate degree preferred

External Candidates:
2 years of customer service experience required

3 years of medical office front desk experience preferred

Epic EMR experience preferred

Internal Candidates:
1 year of equivalent scheduling or registration experience

CSR experience preferred

Position Overview
The Float Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple locations. This role utilizes a practice management system to support scheduling, registration, accurate billing, collections, and maintenance of medical records.

This position requires flexibility to float across all Lee Physician Group and Hospital Outpatient Department locations throughout the region and may include weekend coverage. The Float CSR reports to the assigned Manager or Supervisor.


Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.

Experience: External Candidates: 2 years of customer service experience required. 3 years of similar medical office front desk experience preferred, Epic EMR experience preferred.Internal candidates: 1 year of equivalent scheduling or registration experience, CSR role preferred.

License: Not required.

Certifications: Not required.

Other: Excellent customer service and computer skills required. Ability to solve problems anddemonstrate critical thinking skills. Works weekend and holidays.
