Were looking for a dedicated and proactive Patient Experience & Unit Support Coordinator to join our care team. In this role, youll be the essential link between patients, families, clinical staff, and physicians ensuring every individual feels supported and every unit runs smoothly. Your work directly contributes to a positive patient experience and the efficient flow of care.
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, hospital staff, and physicians to promote clear communication and a supportive environment.
Support the nursing unit through a blend of clerical and nonclerical responsibilities, helping maintain seamless daily operations.
Monitor unit activity and identify challenges, escalating concerns and offering alternative solutions to the appropriate personnel.
Provide timely, accurate information to decision-makers to help maintain safe, efficient, and patientcentered care.
Contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
