Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.37 - $45.05 / hour
The EMS Liaison serves as a vital advocate between Lee Health, area Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers, and community-based hospitals by maintaining strong, positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
This role functions as a critical link that supports smooth patient handoffs, aligns protocols, coordinates outreach and disaster response, provides education and training, resolves operational issues, and fosters collaboration to improve the overall delivery of emergency care.
Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in emergency medical services and/or critical care as a registered nurse and/or Paramedic.
Certification: BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support), ACLS (American Heart Association / Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (American Heart Association / Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required. Membership of professional organization preferred.
License:Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in State of Florida or Florida Paramedic license. Florida drivers license required.
