💲 Pay Range: $21.01 $24.69/hour

• 😊 Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience at every interaction

• 📅 Schedule appointments and manage patient registration

• 💻 Use practice management systems (Epic preferred!)

• 💳 Handle billing, collections, and insurance verification

• 📁 Maintain accurate and organized medical records

• 🚗 Float to multiple Pediatric and Outpatient locations across four counties

🎯 What Were Looking For:

Education:
🎓 High School Diploma or GED (required)
🎓 Associates Degree (preferred)

Experience:
👩💼 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
🏥 3+ years in a medical office front desk setting (preferred)
💻 Epic EMR experience (a big plus!)

Internal Candidates:
🔄 1+ year scheduling/registration experience (CSR preferred)
