Be the trusted first point of contact for patients in a specialized urology practice. Youll play a key role in delivering a smooth, respectful, and efficient patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows.
📞 Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism
📅 Schedule appointments & coordinate patient care
🧾 Verify insurance, obtain authorizations & referrals
💳 Collect payments, post charges & support billing accuracy
🗂 Maintain organized, compliant patient records
🤝 Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling sensitive patient information with discretion
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Prior medical office or healthcare experience preferred
💵 $20.00 $23.50/hour

Education: High School Diploma or GED Required.
Experience: Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative required. Insurance/Customer Service preferred.
Certification:BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required in Employee Health and may also be required at other locations within 90 days of hire.
License: N/A
Other: Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, IT/computer proficient, basic math, knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful.
