Shift:6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Schedule: Will be required to work every other weekend

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$21.01 - $24.69 / hour

Sign on bonus: Up to $1,500 for eligible candidates

As a Mobile Phlebotomist / CDL Driver, you'll play a vital role in supporting life-saving care across Southwest Florida. From welcoming donors to safely transporting our bloodmobiles, your work directly impacts patients in need.

What You'll Do:

  • Connect with and support volunteer blood donors throughout their donation experience
  • Perform donor screenings, mini-physicals, and safely collect blood following established procedures
  • Provide post-donation care and ensure a positive, comfortable experience
  • Drive and operate bloodmobiles (including CDL-required vehicles) to community blood drives
  • Prepare and maintain mobile units, ensuring quality control and readiness at every site
  • Accurately complete documentation and support basic clerical tasks

Requirements:

Education:High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:Three months of phlebotomy experience.

Certification:American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).

License:CDL Driver's License with no infractions.

Other:Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent customer service skill, ability multi-task, problem solve, and work independently. Basic knowledge of computer, data entry and retrieval.
