With the Lee Health Cancer Institute in Bonita Springs completing renovations in January 2026, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Head and Neck Cancer Rehabilitation team.
In this role, you will guide patients from diagnosis through treatment, helping them maintain swallowing function, restore oral diets, and enhance their quality of life. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (including oncologists, surgeons, nurses, dietitians, and social workers) while delivering evidence-based, cancer-focused care. As a Speech Language Pathologist in our Bonita Health Center Outpatient Clinic, you will have the time and resources to provideone-on-one carewith45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With amaximum of 10 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering personalized care without the burden of overwhelming caseloads. We also offerflexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to help you maintain a healthywork-life balance. You will be responsible for providing screening, evaluation, treatment, and education for those who demonstrate impairments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and/or swallowing. The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for adherence to and compliance with all American Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) professional standards. The SLP is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The SLP is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. Requirements
Education:Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience:Certificate of Clinical
Certification:BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support).
License:Active Florida State Speech Language Pathologist Licensure.
