About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our environmental services team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment for patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, coordinate with other departments, and ensure your team delivers consistent, high-quality results every shift.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the hospital is maintained in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition
• Create and manage daily work schedules and assignments
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing, tasks, and performance
• Serve as a point of contact for housekeeping-related needs across the facility

What You'll Need

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping management (required)

Licensure/Certification

• No state licensure or certification required
