Working closely with the Product Owner and Manager, Digital Marketing and other cross-functional teams, the Product Marketing Specialist ensures accurate representation, effective promotion, and optimal user experience of products and services on leehealth.org. The Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Product Owner and web development team to manage the healthcare system's website. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, maintain product catalogs, and coordinate website content updates related to leehealth.org products and services along with working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, and developers to improve the user experience of the healthcare system's website. Identify opportunities for user interface enhancements, seamless product browsing, and intuitive user flows.
They will research and determine the clients needs to determine which features to include on products and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders. The Product Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and identify opportunities for product enhancement. They will need to be innovative, web and multimedia savvy and should be familiar with a basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CRM Systems, Data Asset Manager Systems and A/B Testing. Ultimately, the Product Marketing Specialist should have a firm grasp of the various digital touchpoints, steer our organization's digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital product campaigns.
Education: Bachelors Degree Required; Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science, User Experience (UX) Design preferred. 4 years of work-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience with Content Management Systems required.

Other: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, ADA compliance, and industry specific challenges and trends. Content management experience. Understands user experience (UX) design principles and best practices in website optimization. Familiarity with website analytics platforms, SEO platforms, CRM platforms, and user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to memorize details like product specifications. Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette. A strong growth mindset.
