Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour

As a Medical Social Worker, youll play a vital role in helping patients navigate the emotional, social, and practical challenges that can come with illness. Youll provide counseling, support, assessment, and therapeutic interventions while partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized plans for high-risk patients.
Youll also connect patients and families with community resources, services, and support systems that can help them achieve greater stability and independence. At least 1 year clinical experience in medical or healthcare setting.
