Minimum to Midpoint Salary Range:$105,040.00 - $141,835.20 annually

About This Position:

The Director of Quality and Clinical Informatics Rehabilitation leads the development and implementation of quality improvement and data-driven strategies across acute, post-acute, outpatient, and home-based rehabilitation service lines. This role blends operational leadership, clinical expertise, and research-informed practice to evaluate and enhance the value of rehabilitation services through performance measurement, clinical process improvement, patient outcomes, and data analytics. The Director oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators, compliance metrics, and outcomes while ensuring data integrity, regulatory alignment, and accreditation readiness. By designing actionable dashboards, leveraging benchmarking tools, and translating complex data into meaningful insights, this role supports strategic decision-making, clinical excellence, and innovation. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, health system leaders, IT and analytics partners, clinicians, students, and researchers, the Director identifies opportunities for improvement, advances value-based care initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency across the rehabilitation continuum.

About our Rehabilitation Team:

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region. With over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

What This Position Requires:

Education: Masters degree in Physical Therapy (DPT accepted in lieu of Masters), Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in rehabilitation services, with progressive leadership in quality or analytics.

Certification: Certification in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ) and/or data analytics (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CAP) preferred

License:N/A

Other:Strong knowledge of clinical operations, rehabilitation regulatory standards, and outcome measurement. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), EMR systems, and statistical software. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
