Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$151.11 - $188.88 / hour
Directs the activities of the staff; designs efficient and effective processes; and develops policies and procedures for the Health System which will safeguard the assets and improve the reliability of financial reporting. Provides direction and support to the following functions: Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Decision Support, Audit, Banking, Fixed Asset Reporting, Budgeting, Reimbursement, Materiel's and Integrated Services and Financial Planning. Maintains financial records and reporting for the Health System.
Education: Bachelors degree in accounting/finance from an accredited college/university required. MBA or CPA required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a healthcare organization required.
