Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$21.01 - $24.69 / hour
Provides classroom support, training and professional development for teachers at the Lee Health Child Development Centers using research-based evaluation and assessment instruments associated with CLASS, Teaching Strategies Gold, Creative Curriculum and Conscious Discipline.
Networks with local agencies and organizations (which include, but are not limited to, the Lee County School District and the Early Learning Coalition of SWFL) for the purpose of:
* Recruiting skilled and qualified early childhood professionals,
* Enhancing the image of Lee Health to its service community, and
* Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals on behalf of relevant issues impacting health and education.
Education: Bachelors degree in education or early childhood required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Supervision and Training required.
Certification:American Heart Association Heartsaver (HRTSVR) First Aid CPR AED required.
License: N/A
