Hiring Range:$76,024.00 - $123,468.80 annually

About This Position:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have the time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. With a maximum of 10 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering personalized care without the burden of overwhelming caseloads. We also offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

This position will ideally consist of a balanced caseload of pelvic health rehabilitation for both men and women in a private, respectful setting, treating a wide range of conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic, rectal, or genital pain, pelvic organ prolapse, interstitial cystitis, pregnancy and postpartum-related discomfort, and post-surgical or cancer-related impairments such as prostatectomy and mastectomy recovery. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across other outpatient physical therapy needs.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The PT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The PT is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The PT is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. The attributes, characteristics or behaviors required for success in this job include: critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, use of constructive feedback, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region. With over 700 skilled professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs. Beyond core therapy services, we offer a variety of specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation. With services spanning acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings, our team delivers exceptional, evidence-based care that restores function and enhances quality of life.

What This Position Requires:

Educational Requirements: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required

Experience Requirements: Prior pelvic health experience is always a plus but not a requirement

State of Florida Licensure Requirements: Physical Therapy License required
