Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.78 - $29.62 / hour

Summary

Responsible for the coordination of a wide variety of administrative functions. The position supports sponsorships managed by the Community Affairs department. Community Affairs serves as the hub for system-wide interactions with local community organizations such as chambers and non-profits. The Department closely collaborates with Lee Health leaders to ensure proper system representation and strategic involvement with hundreds of community partners at meetings, events and ongoing activities and for both Lee Health and community partners activities. This position will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree or 4 years of equivalent formal education and experience in lieu of degree preferred.

Experience: No experience required. Entry level opportunity with potential for growth.

Other: Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Must be a team player, effectively interacting with all types of people, from c-suite executives to children. Comfort multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential. Flexible working variable hours as projects may require.
