The Community Health Program Manager is responsible for delivering projects that may span across multiple Lee Health service lines and involve collaboration with key community organizations. This role manages resources, schedules, and financials for Lee Health-supported community health initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery by managing issues, risks, and changes. The manager continuously verifies that projects produce required deliverables within specified time and cost constraints, achieving all set requirements. Additionally, the role facilitates the development of innovative programs and services that meet the community's greatest needs and addresses the Community Health Needs Assessment. This job is internal and external relationships based with visible results and consequences. This position requires discretion, composure and professional interactions with community leaders and executives.
Education: Bachelors degree in management, Administration, or related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience required in program or project management, particularly in healthcare or community health settings.

Other: Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel and PowerPoint. Must be a team player, effectively interacting with all types of people from c-suite executives to children. Comfort multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential.
