At Lee Health, we create healthier communities through innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact. We're looking for a Community Health Program Manager to lead community health initiatives that span multiple service lines and involve key community partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex projects from start to finish, including resources, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design programs that meet community needs, guided by data such as the Community Health Needs Assessment.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and implement changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with executives, community leaders, and diverse populations.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate project impact.
  • Innovate and implement programs that create visible, meaningful results for the community.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelors degree in management, Administration, or related field required.

Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience required in program or project management, particularly in healthcare or community health settings.

Other:Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel and PowerPoint. Must be a team player, effectively interacting with all types of people from c-suite executives to children. Comfort multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential.
