At Lee Health, you are more than your title, you are valued for being you. Join a team where every delivery is a moment of teamwork, compassion, and joy. Whether you prefer the high-risk environment at HealthPark Medical Center or the family-centered setting at Cape Coral Hospital, you will be part of a system that believes in caring for people, not just patients.
We are currently seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs who are passionate about women's health, skilled in clinical excellence, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of mothers and newborns.
As a Registered Nurse on our Labor & Delivery or LDRP team, you will play a vital role in the safe and compassionate delivery of patient care, using your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills across all aspects of nursing practice, serving as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and lifelong learner.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care in alignment with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.
Every interaction you have makes a difference, from recognizing the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient to helping families feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses, you will help advance our shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement in care delivery.
