Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Application Analyst to serve as a support resource for Infor HRT modules with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Transition Management and additional systems supporting key corporate functions.
This role ensures reliable system performance, timely issue resolution, strong vendor coordination, and highquality support for end users across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in multiapplication support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Infor Talent Acquisition/Transition Management (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the primary system administrator and support contact.
- Manage setup, configuration, scheduling.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with internal IT support resources and Infor technical support and ensure timely resolution.
- Support data extracts, reporting needs, audits, and dashboard access for leaders and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and assist with training materials, and communication.
- Partner with HR, HRIS, and Finance to support organization initiatives.
- Support Infor Releases(Service and Feature).
Application Support for Corporate Areas/Functions
- Provide functional and technical support for additional corporate applications as assigned (HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.).
- Monitor system performance, escalate issues to vendors or internal teams, and track resolution.
- Assist with testing, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience with Infor CloudSuite and other business applications in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with vendors and crossfunctional teams.
Strongly Preferred
- Infor Talent Acquisition/Transition Management experience (administration, setup, reporting, and technical troubleshooting).
Preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and HR systems.
