The surgical technologist II functions in a peri-operative surgical technologist role under the direction of the circulating Registered Nurse. Able to prioritize, organize and implement care of the surgical patient in a variety of specialties. Performs call obligations as assigned.

Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Must have two years of Surgical Tech experience in a hospital setting. Trauma preferred Must be able to take CALL required
Training: Graduate of accredited program for surgical technologists or accredited vocational school of nursing.
License: N/A; Certification preferred.
Other: BLS certification
