Description:
HealthPark Medical Center is seeking an experienced cardiovascular RN to fill their Supervisor, Invasive Cardiology position. Must have at least two years of RN experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisor and leadership skills and comes from a progressive invasive cardiology culture. Cath Lab experience required.
Provides or assures care is provided to the patient population served. Manages and/or coordinates complex patient and staff situations. Practices sound fiscal management in collaboration with Cath Lab Director. Establish and maintains effective working relationship with Cardiologists. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, Cardiologists and other departments throughout the system. Effectively manages staffing and caseload to ensure procedural efficiency.
