Description:

While performing all aspects of their job in their related field, the supervisor is also responsible for the supervision, training and development of the Care Managers, controlling workflow, and facilitating smooth operational functioning. The supervisor must maintain the ability to flex to a productive role pending census and departmental needs. The supervisor will also be expected to support the goals established with the departmental manager as well as support the overarching goals of the Rehabilitation Hospital.

Requirements:

Education: Two years formal education or training required, Current licensure – State of Florida MSW, (LCSW preferred) or B.S. and current FL RN license. Experience: More than five years up to eight years
