FLOAT PREMIUM
SUPERPOOL PRN RN
$42.00/hr
• two specialty areas required
• 48 hours per pay period, scheduled in 12 hour shifts
• Every other weekend rotation – twelve hour (12) shifts or
four weekend shifts per one staff period
• 2 twelve-hour major holidays per year (Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
• Able to rotate all campuses regularly according
to system needs
• Absences on weekends require a “make-up” weekend shift
to meet weekend requirements.
FLOAT SUPERPOOL PRN RN
$38.00/hr
• All areas for which competencies are met at all campuses,
and must be competent to go to at least two specialty areas
• 1 twelve hour weekend shift per One-Staff
Calendar schedule (4 weeks)
• 2 twelve-hour major holidays per year
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July 4th,
Memorial Day, Labor Day)
• Able to rotate all campuses
regularly according to system needs
• Absences on weekends require
a “make-up” weekend shift to

SUPER WEEKEND FLOAT POOL PRN RN
$44.00/hr
• All areas for which competencies are met at all campuses,
and must be competent to go to at least two specialty areas
• Ability to work all weekends
(8 twelve hour weekend shifts per month)
• Ability to have 3 weekends (6 twelve hour shifts)
off during the calendar year
• 2 twelve-hour major holidays per year (Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
• Weekend absences will be assessed on a monthly basis.
If more than 2 weekend absences occur within a 6 month
period, the employee will be removed from this plan.
• Employees must commit to 49 out of 52 weekend shifts
per year to join the Super Weekend Pool Plan.

Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment// diagnosing// planning// implementation// and evaluation. Performs responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking// management// problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of: clinician// teacher// researcher// leadership and professional development. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. The nurse practice is guided by the code of ethics for nurses with interpretative statements.
