Summary:
Performs various food service duties including but not limited to: Assembles patient trays based on patient selection. Must be able to work at a high level of productivity while remaining on your feet for extended periods of time in a chilled work environment. Fulfills necessary side-work and additional duties to ensure a smooth flow of tray assembly. Extensive job training is required in the description and limitations of therapeutic diets and cook chill product maintenance. Cleans and sanitizes work area / equipment in accordance with established procedures
