The Epic Credentialed Trainer/ Medical Informatics Liaison u
ses expertise in clinical workflows, operating as a source of knowledge and support to assist Lee Health providers in utilizing the EHR at the highest level. This position will provide support for optimizations, upgrades, re-education, new programs, new providers, troubleshooting and problem solving of EHR related issues.

Additional Experience Requirements:
- Epic Training or Support experience Required
- Epic Credential Required

Additional Experience Preferences:
- Training experience in Clinical Inpatient / Outpatient Preferred
- Epic Certification Preferred

Registered Nurse LicensePreferredor

RN or LPN or other clinical licensure is preferred, but significant and relevant training and support experience will be considered.

Must demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and methods related to education. Exceptional professionalism, customer service, communication and relationship building skills. Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Must be able to work independently with general supervision, work occasional weekends and varied hours, and be able to travel to varying hospital and outpatient locations.
