Responsible for coordination of client care services as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Provides assessment, treatment, group and individual therapy, support services, and discharge planning. Develops, in conjunction with clinical team, an individualized treatment plan to address modalities and interventions needed by the client and significant others to support recovery. Facilitates group psychotherapies, which enhances the client's coping abilities that are essential to the active treatment of the client's primary condition as indicated on the treatment plan in the form of specific goals and objections. Supports the therapeutic milieu and demonstrates ability to assess and interpret age/disability information related to client populations served, including the chronically mentally ill, geriatric, chemically dependent, and children and adolescents. Provides overall program coordination, development and clinical integrity for the Intensive Outpatient Program. Functions as the clinical liaison with the clinic Medical Director to the IOP Program and staff. Provides clinical services to patient within the scope of practice (as outlined by the specific Florida State Board) as an active member of the interdisciplinary clinical team. Provides assessment, treatment planning, treatment, group/individual notes and staff supervision. Facilities ""active treatment', ?measurement' and ?documentation' as specified and required by state and federal regulatory agencies.
